I will be shadowing at a Physical Therapy clinic, as well as peer mentoring for summer courses, so I will most likely be gone during the day. I am a morning person, so I don’t mind having to wake up early to make sure the pets need to go to the bathroom or get fed. I can adapt my schedule to fit the needs of your pet pretty easily, I am able to juggle many commitments at once.

Safety, trust & environment
I am very detail-oriented, so I can follow any routine or set of care instructions precisely. Pets can be like an extra family member, and I understand how it is important to find someone you can trust to take care of them like so. I approach every new pet I meet with love and care, and will make sure they are as comfortable as possible. If there are any special needs or time where a pet needs, I make sure to set alarms and reminders so I don’t forget. When I interact with a pet, I make sure to read their body language so I don’t overstep any boundaries they may have.
Information Gabrielle M. would like to know about your pet
I think that keeping everything as routine as possible is important, so I would love to know everything that you do to keep your pet happy and comfortable. This includes feeding times, how often they go to the bathroom, how often they exercise and what types of activities they participate in.
A typical day
I am very adaptable to a pet’s routine, so I can be creative with keeping them entertained (if they are more energetic), but I can also be calm and quiet if that’s what they need. Really, it depends on their routine and what works best for the pet.

Pet care experience
I’ve owned and taken care of pets since I can remember. My family has had three dogs, four chickens, and a cat in my life with different needs and routines. I love animals and am able to adapt my pet sitting style based on their needs. My pet sitting experience ranges from a miniature schnauzer puppy to an old farm dog retriever.

Reviews

Gabrielle is an excellent pet sitter. She helped us twice this summer and was a great help both times. She is conscientious and took excellent care of our dog and a Gekko. We highly recommend her.

Gabrielle says she will "treat your pet like family." She certainly does! She gave our little dog plenty of attention and care, including just hanging out with her during the visits. We highly recommend Gabrielle as a pet sitter, and she also took care of some other chores and made sure our Gekko had water, etc.

Gabrielle is outstanding. She’s communicative and understanding and will go out her way to make sure your dog is comfortable!
Gabby was absolutely wonderful! She took amazing care of our dog, cat, chickens, and even our houseplants and gardens while we were away. It was such a relief to know everything (and everyone!) was in good hands. Our pets were happy and relaxed when we returned, and our home was just as we left it and the garden made it through the summer drought! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Highly recommend Gabby to anyone looking for a responsible, caring, and thorough pet and home sitter!
