I have had dogs as pets ever since I was a child, from rottweilers, to pitbulls, and my current baby, a teacup yorkie. I am in school studying to become a veterinarian, and I'm also a vegan of one year and have been a vegetarian for most of my life. Animals make me so happy, and I cannot imagine myself working in a job where I am not surrounded by furry friends. I am caring and patient and always put the needs of my pets first. I'm not afraid to roll around central park with my new four-legged friends! I am always available or reachable by phone. I attend college at Hunter College on Lexington and 68th street in Manhattan, where there is access to several subway lines. I know my way well around the city and Long Island City. I have babysat friend's dogs before and typically spend 4 hours a day walking my own dog. I don't see dog sitting or walking as a job, because I really do enjoy the time i spend with animals. I'm the type of girl who will bend down to pet a passing dog on the street (if the owner allows, of course!)
