I am a wildlife biologist who grew up with pets of all kinds and personally cared for puppies, kittens, and senior dogs and cats. I am based at home and only take one client at a time (up to 2 dogs), which allows me to provide 24/7 personalized care in a safe, loving, and playful environment. Your pet will join my family (my husband (also a wildlife biologist), our 2 daughters, and our friendly dog Juniper). Your dog will enjoy access to our large fenced yard and comfortable indoor living areas.

Phenomenal job. When I booked someone to watch my dogs, I expected a walk a day and some photos but what ended up happening is that they went on 3 or more walks a day and I got so many amazing photos of my dogs having a blast. I wish I could give a higher score than 5/5
Our dog Ranger (and his humans) LOVE Gabrielle! She takes him on outdoor adventures, he gets to play with her dog, and he gets tons of TLC when he stays there. We are repeat clients and we are so happy to have found her! Highly recommend.
Gabrielle took care of Ellie as if she were a member of the family. Regular walks to the river and even adjusted her diet to a healthier diet which we plan to continue. Ellie loved hanging out with Gabrielles dog and her children. We got many pictures every day that reassured us whie we were on our international trip. We will definitely have Gabrielle watch Ellie when we need a caregiver for Ellie in the future.
Gabrielle is commutative, friendly, and good with my high-maintenance pups. Highly recommended!
Chaco was so happy during drop off. She must have remembered Gabby and the family. We enjoyed the pictures and communication while away. Chaco loved her swim in the river, walks with the family, and play time with Juni. Super grateful for Gabby and the family for caring for Chaco. 🐾
Gabrielle was amazing to work with and took wonderful care of my dog while we were gone! She provided updates every day which gave me such peace of mind. I was happy to know he was safe and being cared for in a family home environment, getting lots of pets and love! Highly recommend her for pet sitting!

Schedule
I am home full-time, so my guest pets have 24/7 access to me and are cared for around the clock! I'm able to offer daily walks and as many mealtimes, potty breaks, and attention as your pet needs. At night, pets sleep inside in whichever arrangement is preferred for them.

Safety, trust & environment
I know it can be so hard to leave a beloved pet, but I truly like to give them their best life! I'm able to care for well-socialized pets and provide plenty of daily exercise, affection, and cozy resting spots where I am close by. I have a large, securely fenced yard with shady spots and plenty of running space. I have 2 crates available if needed (unless instructed to use a crate, I do not use them). Reactive dogs are not a good fit for my home.

A typical day
I'm very adaptable to your pet's needs and always follow the pet owner's guidance. In the morning, I typically take dogs on a short car ride to hike by the river (on or off leash, as appropriate). A typical day also includes yard play, mini training sessions with treats, and an evening sniff walk (leashed) around the neighborhood. My family dog Juniper is a spayed female who loves a good play session with dog friends followed by cozy downtime.

I will ask about preferred sleeping arrangements (we have everything from crate to sharing the bed), how your pet does with leashed walks and off-leash, whether your pet has special rules or needs, and whether it's ok to give treats.
