I’ve had dogs all my life and have plenty of experience caring for pets, regularly looking after friends’ and family’s dogs while they’re away. I’m a calm, patient, and caring person who genuinely enjoys spending quality time with animals. I love getting outdoors for wholesome walks, playing games, and keeping dogs active—especially a good game of fetch, which is a favourite with one of my own dogs! I also have experience caring for dogs with additional needs, as one of my dogs has epilepsy. This has made me confident in administering care, recognising when something isn’t quite right, and providing a calm, reassuring environment. I’m equally comfortable looking after dogs with anxiety or other health conditions, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

Schedule
I work from home, which means I have the flexibility to easily fit pet care into my daily routine. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of company, attention, and regular toilet breaks throughout the day. Whether it’s sticking to their usual feeding schedule, heading out for walks, playing their favourite games, or simply providing a calm and comforting presence, I’m able to adapt my day around their needs. I understand how important routine is for dogs, and I’ll make sure they receive the care, exercise, and affection they deserve while you’re away.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
I’d also recommend pet sitting in your dog’s own home, as I believe it’s the least disruptive option for them. Staying in their familiar environment helps them feel safe, comfortable, and settled while you’re away. Keeping to their usual routine, including their regular walking routes, can also make a big difference to their wellbeing. I’m a very responsible and respectful person and have often stayed in friends’ and family’s homes to care for their pets. I always treat every home with care and make sure both your pets and your property are well looked after. I’ll keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can see how your dog is getting on, and I’m also happy to do small household tasks, such as watering plants, bringing in post, or leaving your home clean and tidy before you return.
