I'm currently working full time as a certified veterinary technician at a veterinary hospital. I work 40 hours a week with a varying schedule. Generally I work 8 am - 6 pm four days a week (my day off during the week changes each week). I work on Saturday about once per month. My rover clients will be scheduled around that availability.

Working with pets daily in a hospital setting, I've seen every temperament that dogs and cats have. I believe full transparency and communication about your pets' temperament, behaviors, and medical needs will allow me to provide the best, safest care possible. I would like to meet new clients ahead of time to get to know their pets before providing any care.
A typical day
I am an intuitive person, and I will cater activities to your pet's specific wants and needs. Each pet has different likes, dislikes, and anxieties. If I am caring for your pet, I will do my best to understand them and figure out how to best spend the time we have together.

Pet care experience
I graduated in May of 2025 from the Madison Area Technical College Veterinary Technician Program, then passed the VTNE to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. In school we worked with dogs, cats, horses, cows, and lambs. I have had dogs since I was a child, and I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I worked on a farm taking care of horses for about two and a half years from 2020-2022. I've taken care of pets for friends/family for many years as well! I currently work at a vet hospital, though I am out on FMLA. Unfortunately, that means I can only take on pets less than 30 lbs at the moment. Gabriella has stayed with my dogs, a cat, a mule and a pony when I have been on vacation. She has always done more than I have expected. Besides being a reliable and caring person who loves animals, she is a certified vet tech. I know that if anything goes wrong she will be quick to identify and deal with the situation. I also know that my animals, especially the dogs, are very excited and happy to see her. I am very fortunate to have her care for my four legged family.
Gabriella was a life saver for me. She is prompt, professional, kind and just plain amazing. The first time she watched my Sophie she called to see if she could take her to a picnic! She cut her nails for me diferent times when Sophie was getting too old to easily transport, she spent the night several times and just showed empathy above and beyond. She made the final months of Sophie's life more pleasant and allowed me to leave home feeling good about leaving her.
