** Please note that for drop in visits, I require a 5 day notice in advance for bookings and 3 day notice for walking bookings. I will not be able to accommodate last minute bookings as I like to ensure I have ample time for meet and greets with your pets. This will help make sure I am a good match for your pet and that I am provided with all the care instructions needed prior to a booking. Thank you for your understanding!** I currently work full-time but I work from home, which provides me with some flexibility. My schedule can be a bit busy in the day with meetings but happy to coordinate and do my best to provide pet care during the day if needed!

Ahead of booking a service, I like to schedule meet and greet's with clients to ensure I get all the information needed to provide a safe environment for your pet. Depending on your pet's needs, I will ensure your home is safe and secure upon leaving visits (and if required, I can crate your pet safely before leaving). I will also thoroughly check there are no harmful items out that your pet could get into.

A typical day
The first thing I like to do during a visit is try to interact in a positive way with your pet by either playing with some fun toys or showing them lots of love (or both!). With dogs (if permitted), I love taking them outside in the backyard to explore/play or on a fun walk to enjoy the wonderful CO outdoors! With having cats of my own, I've learned to let them show me what they want and I will do the same with yours. I do my best to respect their boundaries and if they allow me to, I will provide them with all the cuddles and play time!

Pet care experience
I have always enjoyed working and engaging with animals my whole life. Throughout my freshman and sophomore year of high school, I decided to invest my time by volunteering at the Longmont Humane Society as a Junior Animal Care Assistant. I was active on Rover from 2017-2020 and enjoyed my time as a sitter and all the wonderful pets I got to meet! I have since then started a fur family of my own (two cats and two rabbits) and it has taught me so much more about animal care. I recently became active again as a sitter and look forward to caring and providing great services for your pets again!

Gabriela was amazing! She was incredibly attentive and sweet to our Remy boy. It was great to know that he was taken care of and we had nothing to worry about. Gabriela walked my beagle the first time I left her home alone for a full workday. My pup did great under her care. She enjoyed her walks with Gabriella and was calm and happy when I returned from work. Gabriella even administered a doggo medication for me that day. I highly recommend Gabriela for dog walking and care.
