I'm currently in college and taking classes online so my schedule is super flexible! I don't have a set daily routine that pet care has to squeeze into — instead, I can build my day around your pet's needs. Whether that means early morning walks, midday check-ins, or being around all day for a nervous pup who needs company, I'm able to make it work. Since I'm home and online most of the time anyway, I'm available pretty much whenever you need me.

When I'm caring for pets in your home, I like to keep things as close to their normal routine as possible: same feeding times, same walk schedule, same little habits they're used to, so they feel secure even with their owner away. I always do a walkthrough with you beforehand so I know where everything is (food, leashes, meds, favorite toys) and any specific instructions for your pet. While I'm there, I split my time between giving them attention/playtime and just letting them relax on their own terms, especially if they're more independent. I also treat your home with the same respect I'd want for mine: keeping things tidy, being mindful of noise, and making sure everything is exactly as you left it when you get back.

Information Gabriela Elizabeth M. would like to know about your pet

Anything about their routine, feeding schedule, favorite toys or spots, and any quirks or triggers that help me keep them comfortable. For pets on medication, exact dosing and timing is a must. I also like knowing their personality ahead of time, whether they're shy, high-energy, or need a little extra reassurance, so I can adjust how I approach them from the start.

A typical day

I love keeping things fun and active! For dogs, that usually means walks around the neighborhood, games of fetch in the yard, and tug-of-war if they're into it. I also do a lot of one-on-one playtime and cuddles, so even the more low-key pups get plenty of attention. For cats, I focus more on their pace, things like wand toys, laser pointers, or just quiet lap time if that's more their speed. I like to read each pet and match the energy they actually want, instead of forcing the same routine on every animal. And of course, lots of pictures and videos along the way so you can see all the fun happening in real time!

Pet care experience

Hi there! My name is Gabby. My love for dogs started back in 3rd grade when I adopted my first puppy, Alex, a fluffy black Pomeranian, he quickly became my best friend and taught me just how much joy and companionship a pet can bring into your life. That experience stuck with me, and it's what pushed me to start volunteering at shelters in high school and college, because I wanted other pets to feel that same love and care I got to experience. I've also worked with nonprofits focused on rescuing stray animals, which gave me even more hands-on experience with pets who need extra patience and gentle care to feel safe again. I take the time to really get to know each animal's personality. If your dog is high-energy and ready to play the moment I walk in, I'm all for it. If your cat needs a little space to warm up first, I'm happy to let them set the pace. Patience is a big part of how I work. I never rush an animal into feeling comfortable, because building trust is what makes the experience good for both of us. I'm also very comfortable with pets that need extra attention, whether that's medication for senior dogs or the constant supervision young puppies need. No pet is too much for me to handle with care. Communication matters just as much as the care itself, so you can expect regular photo and video updates while you're away, so you always know your pet is safe, happy, and having a great time. I'm local, reliable, and genuinely invested in becoming a familiar, trusted face for your pet, not just a one-time booking. At the end of the day, I treat every pet like they're my own.

This was Gabby's second time house sitting for us, and she made it just as easy as the first. She was on time, professional, and clearly comfortable with our routine already, which took a lot of the usual first-day stress out of it. She kept our dog fed and walked on schedule, sent quick updates so we weren't worrying while we were away, and even knocked out a couple of small to-dos we mentioned before we left, like bringing in packages and taking the trash bins out on collection day. The house was clean and everything was right where we left it when we got home. As a mom of three, I don't have time to babysit a pet sitter or wonder if things are getting done, and with Gabby I genuinely don't have to. We'll keep booking her.

Gabby is fantastic with animals. She sat for my two cats and I could tell right away how attentive and caring she was, she paid close attention to their individual personalities and routines, made sure they had everything they needed, and clearly gave them real attention rather than just the basics. I came home to two happy, relaxed cats, which says a lot. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who genuinely cares about the animals they’re looking after
