Hi! I’m Gabriel, a veteran, teacher, and lifelong animal lover with plenty of experience caring for dogs. I’m dependable, attentive, and treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I live in an apartment but only board one dog at a time, so your pet gets plenty of individual attention. I’m very active and enjoy long walks, and there’s a dog park nearby where I can take your dog to run and play. As a teacher in a year-round district, I also have extended breaks when I’m available for full-time pet care, which works well for longer trips or vacations. I look forward to giving your pet great care and giving you peace of mind.

I’ve known Gabe for 20 years and in that time he has owned numerous dogs. Every dog that him or his family has owned has loved and was excited to see Gabriel. His patience and love for animals has been heartwarming to say the least.
Gabriel watched our fur baby for a weekend and my wife and I have nothing but high praise! Our puppers is normally shy with strangers but after meeting Gabriel, she warmed right up. You could tell he truly cares for animals and is sensitive to their needs. He was very responsive and sent us regular updates which helped put us at ease on our vacation. We had a great experience with Gabriel and highly recommend!

Schedule
I’m available to board most weekends and especially during my school breaks since I work on a year-round schedule. On workdays I’m off by 3:00 PM, which allows me to stop by homes in the afternoon and evening to care for pets.

My Home: I have one dog named Libby who can keep your pup company. I only take one additional dog at a time, so your pet will receive plenty of individual attention. I also live near the Cape Fear River Trail and walk it regularly, so your dog will get plenty of outdoor time and exercise. Client’s Home: When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful, attentive, and professional. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully to make sure your pet stays comfortable and in their normal routine.

We go for long walks and play fetch in the dog park. I also have PLENTY of chew toys to keep them busy between walks.
