I have four years of experience caring for dogs and cats, including puppies, senior pets, walks, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I recently graduated from law school and now work remotely as a law clerk, which gives me the flexibility to spend a lot of time with the pets I’m caring for while house sitting. I enjoy keeping pets company, giving them lots of affection, and maintaining their normal routines so they feel comfortable and cared for while their people are away.

I care for pets in their own home, where they can remain comfortable in familiar surroundings and maintain their normal routine. I closely follow each owner’s instructions for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, sleeping arrangements, and household rules. I also take care to keep the home secure, clean, and respected while I’m there. My goal is to provide dependable, attentive care so both pets and their owners can feel comfortable while they’re apart.

Gabe stayed at our house with our dog over the Christmas holiday and did a wonderful job taking care of her, including taking her on a lot of walks and giving her a lot of affection. He was very communicative throughout the process, including sharing helpful updates and photos during our trip. It can be hard to leave your dog in someone’s care and it made such a difference to know she was in good hands with Gabe. We would trust Gabe to stay with her again without hesitation!

I work remotely as a law clerk, which makes pet care a natural fit with my daily routine. Because I can work from home, I’m able to spend substantial time with the pets I’m caring for throughout the day and provide regular attention, companionship, walks, playtime, and care based on their normal routine. I value the flexibility of remote work because it allows me to be present with pets rather than leaving them alone for long stretches.

- Before a house sit, I like to know your pet’s normal routine, temperament, feeding schedule, medications, exercise needs, favorite activities, and any behaviors or triggers I should be aware of. It’s also helpful to know how they interact with other animals and people, whether they have any fears or special needs, and what helps them feel most comfortable. The more I know about their usual routine and personality, the better I can keep things familiar, safe, and stress-free while you’re away.
