I recently hired Gabriel C., to take care of my three large dogs. In my home for four days. However, his experience and my expectations did not line up. • Communication: Prior to the stay: I provided written detailed instructions regarding each dog’s needs, routines, and preferences. However, I noticed that these were not consistently followed during the stay. I also gave Gabriel notice about cameras throughout the entire house in and out. • Engagement: My dogs thrive on interaction and exercise, which I emphasized. Gabriel, emphasized that if he did not have all the information regarding the needs of each dog he would not be able to perform his job efficiently. Sadly, it seemed that my dogs didn’t receive the level of attention and engagement they require. While I appreciate that taking care of multiple dogs can be challenging, I believe there is room for improvement in following instructions and providing attentive care. As a dog owner with concerns. I should have taken more time in the interview. I hope this feedback helps Gabriel C. enhance future services for pet owners looking for reliable sitters.
