Lifelong animal lover!
I grew up in a family of dog-lovers and so I've had extensive experience taking care of many dogs of all ages (including puppies). I also pet/house sat for neighbors over the years which included caring for cats and birds as well. My love for animals extends past dogs and cats! When I moved to the PNW for university, I missed having a dog and started walking/jogging with a very high energy dog for a campus staff member. I've made many friends with animals of their own over the years that I've had the privilege to care for at various times. In 2020, my fiancé and I moved into a place with a small yard so we adopted our first pup together!

Piper had a wonderful weekend with her new dog buddy Jameson and his parents! Gabby was quick to respond, sent plenty of updates, and took great care of Piper! She was perfectly worn out by the end of the weekend with all the fun activities. I will certainly reach out to them again for a future booking.
Gabby was great for our week away from Nelson. She responded to his needs, took him out on adventures to the farmers market and brought him along for car rides. When Nelson needed extra attention Gabby was quick to respond and take care of things without causing us too much worry while we were away. Nelson loved Evan and got so much play time with Jameson tools. We got back from our trip and we could tell Nelson had a great week and missed his new friends! We felt lucky to have Gabby there to take care of our little guy while we were away.
This is the second time Kira has stayed with Gabby and I was a little nervous just because we have never been away from Kira for this long of a trip. Well Kira had such a good time she didn’t want to come home! Gabby checked in and sent pics often of Kira with the biggest smile on her face. Thank you Jameson, Gabby & Evan!
Rudy had the best time with Gabby and Jameson (again), and I had peace of mind with great updates and photos throughout my trip. We will be back!

Gabby was amazing. Our dog Nalu is a rambunctious crazy lil cattle dog and Gabby had no issues handling her. We met gabby for a meet and greet and nalu gravitated towards her almost naturally. Gabby’s dog Jameson is also such a sweet playful boy and perfect companion. Gabby was also flexible and understanding when we had to extend an extra night due to our late flight. Overall, super grateful to gabby and Jameson for taking such good care of our little one, and making sure we had nothing to worry about while we were out. I’d book her again without a question!

Schedule
I'm currently available on the weekends for boarding. I have more limited availability during the week as I now am in the office most days but can certainly make time to care for your pet(s) with a few days' notice if needed so don't hesitate to reach out!

I am able to care for pets in their own homes to maximize comfort and maintain any routines they may have. My top priority is to ensure your pet feels loved, comfortable and receives proper care while you are away. I am open to hosting small/medium-sized dogs in my home that has a small yard once a proper introduction has been made with my dog, Jameson.

A typical day
I love to walk around the neighborhood with Sunset Hill being a popular stop given the amazing view and large grassy area. I enjoy playing fetch with dogs and playing games. Wrapping treats in a towel, hiding treats around for scent work and utilizing a flirt pole to work on prey drive are also all activities that are generally very popular. I also enjoy working on training for tricks if that is something you'd like to discuss.
