Previously, I was working part-time, (outside of petcare) to earn a paycheck, while establishing and building new relationships with pet parents, and their pooches, through the Rover Platform. Am I grateful, now I am able to make a full time commitment, on account of new clients, whom have afforded me the opportunity, in caring, for their fur babies. I Thank You.

It is important to know, any quirks, the pooch may have, if they are leash reactive, how well the pooch receives other pooches, people, or anything else for that matter. If the pet has allergies, ailments, special needs, or taking any medication.
A typical day
I enjoy taking the pooches around the neighborhood, getting them acquainted with the day,exploring the area, and all of Nature's gifts. Also, there is a private doggie park, within the complex, of where I live, where they can run, and play, and get excercise. Watching them use their canine senses, like a dog detective, from their pooch perspective, sniffing for clues, and the latest canine news.

Pet care experience
Throughout the years, I've cared for an array of different animals and other species, of my own. For the past 3 years, I've been blessed, to have established trusting relationships with pet parents, and their pooches, at the same time, doing what I love, taking care of animals, walking dogs, and pet sitting, (during that time), in lower Manhattan, before recently making the move to NC, thereafter, joining Rover, where I'd like to continue, what I believe to be, my true purpose in life. I take animal welfare extremely serious. I am attentive, and in tune, to the animals body language, and communication. Caring for animals, in this life, is my calling, and what I'm meant to do, in the name of all animals, in the Pet Care Industry.

This was our first time using someone from Rover to take care of our dog while we were out of town. And boy did we find the best pet-sitter ever. Gabby did a fantastic job caring for our dog (16), the updates and pics were great. She was also always on-time according to the schedule we had agreed too. Would highly recommend!!!
HOUSESITTING REVIEW: If I could give Gabby 10 stars I would. This is the first time we had someone stay in our guest bedroom with our dog while we were out of town, and Gabby took great care of Duke. She gave us detailed updates, plenty of photos and kept great care of our house. Our dog is very attached to humans, and Duke needs that kind of attention through the night. She truly loves animals and took great care of Duke. Duke was in amazing spirits when we returned. She went above and beyond and offered to stay overnight all four nights, when we only planned for two. Duke gets anxious when nobody is home and she noticed that and will do whatever to make your dog comfortable. She Gabby is amazing!
Gabby went above and beyond as always!! Thank you for taking care of our fur babies.
