For the love of dogs (and cats)
I have always had a passion to work with and care for animals of all shapes and sizes. I have just completed a Zoology degree and i have just finished my second year as a veterinary medicine student. Please bear in mind I have placements to complete over summer, so if you have booked house sitting with me during my placement your dog will need to be okay being left 9-5 (Monday to Friday). I have two 12 year old Labrador’s myself which I have cared for and trained since they were puppies, as well as having rescue cats since I was 2. As a pet owner myself I am aware of the level of care and attention, exercise and mental stimulation all pets need to ensure they live a happy and good life. I have experience dog sitting for family and friends including puppies to elderly dogs , as well as experience with cat sitting pedigree house cats for family too. Not only this but I spent a year volunteering at the blue cross, walking and playing with dogs and socialising and enriching cars whilst they waited for adoption

I will ensure the pets are supervised at all times when outside or in public areas i.e on walks. When at the owners house I will treat the house with respect and ensure it remains clean and tidy , and treat it with the same level of care I would my own house .

Amazing service from Gabby. She looked after my cat and dog with care and attention they needed. My dog is super nervous around new people and I was a little anxious to leave Aira with someone she didn’t know. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Gabby that she was actually a brave girl, came up to her, took the treats, had a bit of fuss, zoomies, ate her meals (which she doesn’t do if she’s stressed) and overall felt quite comfortable around Gabby. So it seems that Gabby really knows how to deal with sensitive dogs like Aira which was very reassuring. My cat seemed pretty unbothered but he was left a few times before, he just lives in his little world where he is the king and others come to serve him… Communication was good and efficient, I would definitely recommend her and use her services again!
Gabby was lovely, good communication before and during. She sent lots of photos of Fudge which were a comfort to us as she is so precious to us and it is nerve racking to leave her with someone new. We would recommend Gabby and will use her again. Lovely lady.
We cannot thank Gaby enough for looking after our 14 yr old dog Daisy. We would highly recommend her for dog sitting. Any concerns we had about leaving Daisy were soon forgotten and we were able to leave her in Gaby's capable and caring hands.
Gabby is wonderful. Our dog immediately loved her and her visit was the highlight of his day when my partner and I unfortunately had to both be out working. Gabby always provided comprehensive information about the walk and it's obvious that she is a real animal lover. I can't recommend Gabby highly enough.
Gabby was exceptional and went over and above. We can fully recommend her to anyone. She kept us totally informed during our holiday with some lovely photos and lots of detail which helped us remain reassured. Jennie has medication and did develop an issue which was dealt with very professionally. Can’t thank Gabby enough xxx
Gabby was punctual, so friendly and Millie had a lovely time. I would definitely recommend Gabby and plan to book her again in the future.

Zeitplan
I am usually pretty flexible when it comes to dates , however I am only available to provide services in university holidays usually as this is when I am home ! I also have a car so I can drive when needed. As a vet student I have placements in my holidays (Xmas, Easter and summer) so as mentioned above if you book me for house sitting during a placement , you dog needs to be okay being left 9-5. If my availability changes my calendar will be updated as frequently as possible
