Recently graduated with a bachelors degree as well as running a creative art business from home, I create lots of time in my days to be on call for you and your pet(s)! Home for me is located in Eugene, Salem, and Portland, so I can provide more care across cities. For me, pet care is fulfilling and provides normalcy to my days. Whether it is my roommates 2 tuxedo cats with opposite personalities, my best friends cats, family, friends' dogs, neighbors, or somebody I just met in need of pet care, I am there! Your fur baby's safety and well-being is my top priority. I strive to ensure clients feel safe and comfortable leaving their loved ones in my hands. Please make sure you inform me of any bad/unwanted (or good!) habits your pet may have so I can provide the best care I can. I enjoy sending pictures and video updates of pets to owners throughout the day- feel free to ask for more (or less!) I do not offer my home for boarding. While in your home, whether it be drop-ins or stay-ins, I ensure utmost respect, cleanliness and privacy of your space and neighbors. I will follow your schedule, directions and pet needs with great care for detail. Communication is highly important to me and all phone calls and messages will be responded to quickly.

Inform me of things such as quirks, special behaviors, things that motivate them/bring joy if being stubborn, if they like to sleep in the bed, etc. I enjoy sending pictures and video updates of pets to owners throughout the day - feel free to ask for more (or less!)
A typical day
Stimulating dogs mentally and physically, especially high energy pups, is very important to me! I love to go on fun car rides with your pup to dog parks, rivers, and even the carousel! Does your dog love attention? I will go somewhere busy! Is your dog antisocial or a senior? A nice leisurely walk in the park will be perfect. Toys will be played with, treats will be given. I assure your dog will be ready for a nap once I'm done.

I grew up on a farm and have spent 23 years loving all animals, caring for pets, farm companions, and learning how to provide each unique critter with the love they deserve. In the pictures above, you’ll find several of my beloved pets, clients, and animals I have had the fortune of meeting! I believe a passion for helping animals has made me into a highly empathetic individual who has a keen eye for understanding details in animals, allowing me to provide care that puts your pet first. I try to go beyond the basic necessities to help animals feel safe, happy, enriched, and loved, in your absence. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and temperaments, including puppies, kittens and seniors. I display an intermediate level of training, including how to reinforce actions that benefit your companion, as well as steer away/de-escalate unwanted habits. I will always advocate for your pet, especially around other animals. Ample cuddles as well! Aside from cats and dogs, I especially enjoy caring for horses (feel free to inquire separately!), rodents, reptiles, chickens, and more.

Fynne has taken such great care of my cats every time I am out of town! She comes twice a day every day for as long as I need, and when I come home it's like I never left! No accidents or mess; Fynne learns exactly what my pets need and make them so happy! I am very particular with how the litter box is sifted- (I use wood pellets) as my cat will potty on the carpet if you miss a day- and I come home so relieved every time! No vomit either which is often an issue for my kitty who inhales food like a vacuum; she needs to be fed slowly and carefully so she doesn't steal her sisters food either! They have very different temperaments and needs, and Fynne made sure everything went smoothly :) She also helped me rest easy on my vacation by sending updates and cute pictures of them whenever I asked. I have seen Fynne interact and play with my cats and they just love her! Such a kind animal person, very clean, attentive, and trustworthy!
Fynne is fantastic. I highly recommend her for both watching your dog and staying in your home. Our dog is DEEPLY in love with my husband, yet he actually missed Fynne once we were home. Honestly, I was shocked! She followed our instructions, definitely entertained our (spoiled) dog, and left our home in perfect shape. She is polite and respectful. We will definitely be (hopefully) using Fynne in the future!
Fynne has taken care of my cats and fish many times. He provides quality care to creatures of all sizes. He is very communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!
I have known Fynne for many years, and she has always been an incredibly gentle and compassionate pet caretaker to not only her own pets, but mine as well (including horses, great danes, cane corsos, cats, rats, and even goats and chickens). She's excellent at attention to detail, following instructions, and treats every animal she's ever met with love. From rats to cats to dogs, I've experienced first hand her drive for care. She's the first person I'd recommend for pet care every time.
