I have experience caring for small dogs like chihuahuas to large dogs like saint bernard's. We prefer to only board and day-sit cats and dogs that get along together. We do not separate them so being friendly is a must. I have small children so aggressive/dominant/anxious dogs/cats are not a good match. I can watch over your pet, feed, walk and bathe your pet. See fees for services. Toby is our labrador German shepherd mix medium sized dog that is supper friendly and playful. Our short hair cat Jesse likes to watch visitors from very far. Both are neutered/spayed and fully vaccinated so your pets are safe. ● When sending a booking request you must have a complete profile and picture of your pet. No exceptions on this. ● We only ask that you bring their food, food bowl and their CLEAN bed/throw. Write down how much to feed and bring all their items in a bag. No treats unless you include them in meals. We avoid fights over treats. ● We feed all pups at 7-8am and 6-7pm. If your pup eats once a day, let us know if at night or morning. We work with adding pre-cooked toppers, refrigerated food, thawing meals and canned food. We do not cook meals for your pet or feed raw meat. ● We provide communal water bowl, and frequently clean and refresh the water throughout the day. ● We provide toys. We have a large tub with toys. You can bring your own but please understand it may not make it back home. They all share toys. ● I'm available Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and weekends for drop-offs and pick-ups. For Mondays and Wednesdays, pick up need to be 6-10:30pm and drop offs 6-8pm to allow them tume to accommodate and burn energy before bedtime. On any day earliest drop off is 6:30 am. On school days avoid 7-8am drop off/pick ups. ● I can take last minute appointments if I'm available, your pup is a good fit, and if there's space. ● PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE CANCELATION DEADLINE. ● Drop-off/pick up ranges should be no more than an hour and a half (example: drop off 5pm-6:30 pm). In regards to early pick-up, LET ME KNOW 1-2 HR AHEAD. ● Your large dogs will enjoy a large yard with artificial turf. For them to sleep in-house they must be potty trained and not react to cats. Otherwise they can still sleep indoors but you will need to bring a crate. ● We can only accept dogs that are friendly with humans, various breeds; and friendly towards cats because we may have a variety of furry guests at one time or I mat have family over. ● I am no longer taking requests to only sit singly your pet. Pets come and go so in a week we can have 3-10 pets scheduled but some stay 2 days others overnight and others the entire week. ● Rabies vaccine needs to be up to date. Because my pets are exposed to various pets I vaccinate them with flue vaccine. Puppies need to be fully vaccinated. ● Drop off your pet fresh and their belongings clean in a bag. Always bring them with a leash. For extended stays, consider adding a bath. Pets here do play A LOT and after 1-2 weeks any pet starts to smell funky :-) ● We treat our pets with flea control medications and spray bedding with pet friendly flea deterants (vets best). ● Premises are kept clean, fresh and flea treated with pet friendly flea treatment. We clean the artificial turf with GreenCleaner which is pet friendly. ● Please be mindful of when your pet goes into heat! We do not board female dogs that are in heat! Even the most well behaved male dog will react to a dog in heat. ● We also do not board pets that hump, lick or bite other pet private parts. You know your pet, so if this is an issue with your pup we would not be a good fit. ● We will only feed your pet what you bring. We do not board pets that are protective of their food. Yes, dogs we board are super relaxed and friendly at all times. ● Have a vet of your choice listed in the profile. Keep in mind vets will need to know that you are letting someone else bring in your pet. You should have form of payment set with them. They will communicate with you for approved charges. Not my rules, that's just how it really works in case you are not aware of this. ● Have a third party available should anything go wrong. Now for serious part of boarding or day care: please note that in the case you are overly optimistic about your pet and they are highly acting out, we will notify you that we need your third party to pick them up and we will refund remainder of the stay as of the pick up time. NOTE THAT ROVER WORKS WITH BLOCKS OF TIME. If your third party is unwilling/unreachable or you don't have one, Rover will be contacted to find another sitter. THIS MAY ALTER THE RATE AND PICK UP LOCATION FOR YOU. SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE READ MY PROFILE, VIEWED OUR PICTURES AND SCHEDULE A MEET & GREET. YOU MAY ALSO BOOK A DAY WITH OVERNIGHT STAY TO SEE HOW IT GOES. THIS IS ONLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANXIOUS DOGS THAT DONT BITE. NOT GOOD IDEA TO SEE IF YOUR ASSERTIVE/DOMINANT DOG WILL FIT IN. Should your pet like it here, they will have friends to return to as we tend to board the same pets over the summer and holidays. They care for each other, know each others boundaries and greet each other as long time friends. I am proud to say the dogs that have stayed with us long term are amazing and such a joy to board. Total cream of the crop, top notch, grade A pups. I totally love them and they often times don't want to leave their friends. ADDENDUM: as of 2025 we do not board German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Doberman, Chow Chows, Bulldogs, Huskies or extra large breeds.
