Freida is amazing! She was professional, communicative, attentive and, above all, incredibly kind with my two beloved kitties. As a pet owner, it can be hard to trust someone else with the care of my precious animals, but knowing that she is a devoted cat and dog mom herself immediately put me at ease. It's clear from the way she speaks about her own fur babies that she sees them as I do, as members of the family. In addition to her genuine love for caring for my cats, she was incredibly professional and clearly communicated with me every step of the way. I must have asked a million questions and at no point did she make me feel anything but supported and reassured. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat!

Freida is extremely caring and communicative. She took excellent care of our cats and even helped out with our frogs! She is very responsive and willing to go above and beyond. It’s easy to tell that animals are her passion. Thanks Freida!!
