Home All Day for Love & Play!
We’re a homeschooling family with two teenagers and two dogs of our own. Your pup will become part of our family while they’re here, with plenty of love, attention and playtime with kids who absolutely adore animals. Rover has been such a blessing to our family, and we’ve truly enjoyed every dog we’ve had the opportunity to care for. We love getting to know their different personalities and making them feel comfortable, at home, and extra spoiled while their families are away. We look forward to making new friends and giving them the same love and care we’d want for our own. One of our favorite things is seeing how excited our repeat guests get when they realize they're coming here. We’ve had dogs start barking and howling as soon as they turn onto our street, wiggle their whole bodies and spin in circles at the door, and practically try to launch themselves out of the car😂 We like to think of our house as the fun place dogs get excited to come back to, and that’s exactly how we want it to feel.

Isabelle and Fred were both great taking care of my best friend. My dog got along perfectly with their dogs and I feel they were very thoughtful of how she might miss her human father. I highly recommend them.

Our dog had a great time at Fred & Isabelle’s house. They took her for walks & played with her. She got along well with their dogs. Boy was she happily tired when she got home!
Wonderful family, dog lovers. Large fully fenced yard, God combination of sun and shade. Family dogs are great playmates. Molly had a blast and was worn out afterwards. Highly recommend without reservation.

Schedule
We’re a homeschooling family, so our home is full of companionship throughout the day. The boys and I are almost always home, only stepping out briefly for short errands, and my husband is home during the evenings and weekends. For everyone’s safety and comfort, visiting dogs are never left alone with our dogs. On the rare occasions we all need to leave the house, your dog will either come along with us or be comfortably placed in a kennel for a very short period of time. Pups staying with us are treated like part of the family with plenty of attention, supervision, and a true second-home environment.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a welcoming home with a large, fully fenced backyard where your dog will have plenty of space to play and relax. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and anywhere else they'd like to relax. We also have two large crates available if your dog prefers or needs to be crated, though crating is never required. We are able to host multiple dogs at a time. Our goal is to provide a calm, secure, and loving second home environment so you can feel complete peace of mind while you’re away.

A typical day
Expect a spoiled dog when you get home! There’s usually a lot going on around here—playing in the backyard, games of fetch, walks, treats, snuggles, or just hanging out with us around the house. We live near the river, so with your permission, dogs who love the water may even get to go for a swim. Some dogs want to play all day and others would rather claim a spot on the couch, so we really just follow their lead and let them enjoy their stay their way.
