I have a yard, but no fence yet. So I always supervise dogs while they are out in the yard, on leash if needed. I live in a rural area with lots of good places to walk as well as a lake for the dogs to explore a couple blocks away.

Let me know if you're animal has any special needs, and we can figure it out! I like to know detailed food instructions, and any medication needs. As well as how much exercise the dog needs, and anything that can help your pet feel more at ease and happy.
A typical day
I love to keep your pups mentally stimulated and physically challenged (if they need some serious exercise!) We will go on lots of walks and can play games indoors and out. There is also a lake nearby if any dogs like to swim or just sniff near the shore. I also love taking photos of animals so be ready to receive lots of updates and cute pics if you want them!

I am a friend to all dogs I come across. They are my favorite kind of creatures. Though I really love cats too and all animals for that matter! I have good boundaries and will be firm but also very loving, and am good at dealing with any kind of neuroses that pets can have! I lost my dog to cancer a few years ago, and then my sweet kitty a bit after that. I'm not ready to have my own animal friends again yet, but love caring for other peoples creatures as much as I can! I love going for long walks or runs if your pup has a lot of energy, so I am happy to just come over for walks with your dogs, or have them over to my house if you are heading out of town. I can do house sitting and animal care at your house as well. This includes plant watering and keeping your house tidy. I’ve done dog sitting for many families over the past 7 years living in Olympia, (and some years in Seattle before that) though now I've moved just outside of Shelton. Frankie is the absolute best! We really felt like our pup was in great hands this week and appreciated the thoughtful updates and photos. Frankie went above and beyond to find ways to get some of Clovers puppy energy out and we always came home to a happy and safe dog.
