Frank took great care of our three dogs and one cat with such kindness and patience. From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative—sending regular updates, photos, and notes that made us feel at ease while we were away. Each of our babea has their own personality and quirks, and he handled them all with ease. We came home to happy pets and a tidy house. We can’t recommend him highly enough and will absolutely be booking him again in the future!

Frank was wonderful! Super communicative and great with my two dogs, one of whom is more high maintenance. I don't often review, and when I do I don't often give a full 5/5. But Frank was absolutely wonderful and beyond expectations. He dogsat overnight for a reactive dog, for an entire weekend, in a confusing building with multiple other dogs, and did an EXCELLENT job. He was great during the visit, sending multiple updates and photos of how things were going. He was also great before and after. He worked with us to meet our dog and handle access cards beforehand. When we got back from our trip, we found a perfectly clean apartment and he had even put things in the wash. He was very clear with his availability, asked great questions, was very friendly, and most importantly took great care of our dog. We hope Frank is available next time we go out of town, and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a dogsitter or walker! Thank you Frank!

This was my second time booking Frank for my dog Rory. He came to meet Rory with a friend of his who has been a dog sitter for me previously. He asked questions during the visit and when he was watching Rory, sent pictures and updates, and responded quickly to me. He was not only great with my very energetic large dog, but he helped with house things like bringing in packages and taking out the trash bin for collection. I came back to a very happy and cared for dog, and a tidy house! I will be booking Frank again :)

Definitely recommend Frank! From start to finish, the communication was outstanding, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were timely and kept us updated with photos and details during the house sitting. Our pets were clearly well taken care of, happy, and relaxed when we returned home.
