Francis is an animal whisperer. He has three cats of his own — all healthy and happy — and every dog he meets instantly loves him. It’s almost annoying. My dog likes Francis more than me, in all honesty, which is kind of frustrating. I’ve seen him sooth a dog afraid of cars to the point where the dog went to sleep in the back of the car on a long trip. He always instinctively knows how to communicate and be present with pets, meeting them on their terms and where they’re at. I would (and will!) hire him to take care of my dog again anytime.

Frank has always loved animals and cared about how they are treated. He takes the time to bond with each animal and lets them come to him. My two rescue dogs, Harry and George always remembered him. His pets needs are paramount on his list of things to do. He accepts total responsibility for any animal in his care. He’s a fun and loving guy. Carole Keller
