Pet care experience
We love dogs, even the weird ones.
We recently moved to the area from the UK. I (Francis) have always had dogs in my life. From 2014 I worked as a volunteer with the RSPCA in Leeds, UK where I walked their more troublesome dogs. I kept them exercised and entertained while they lived in the shelter. Mishti kept dogs as a child before studying medicine. When we moved in together, my old dog Lilo came with us. Sadly Lilo passed away in December and we have been craving some dog company since then! I am happy to provide exercise and companionship to all sizes and breeds. I can engage with clicker training while on the walk if you need me to. I have experience looking after dogs with different needs.

Francis and Mishti were amazing with Luna. Luna bonded with them right away, and I can tell they took very good care of her while I was away. Will definitely book with them again.

Schedule
I am studying to become a firefighter at Seneca Polytechnic. I am very often free around my studies and this semester I only attend three days per week.

Safety, trust & environment
I will walk dogs locally for at least an hour at a time. I will usually keep dogs on the leash. If the owner tells me they are OK off leash then I can take them to the dog park for a run around. I am happy to tailor the walks to the individual needs of owners and pets. Mishti is often busy with her work, but if she is free she may accompany us. We are also very happy to board dogs for longer stretches. We love the company and happy to adjust our behavior as suits the dogs/owners needs.
A typical day
I love to play with dogs. It tires us both out. I'm happy to just sit and get on with my work while they are around. I walk dogs twice per day in the morning and evening. If the owner has any other requests regarding walks I am happy to accommodate.
