I am a stay-a-home dad and am in the family home all day so your dog will have constant companionship. Our routine is typical family life with small children and I have lots of flexibility to fit in enrichment activities for pets in our daily schedule.

We have access to a secure large dog-friendly garden and off-lead walks in the nearby field, if your dog requires this. My wife also helps out with pet sitting and we have both done kennel club dog training with our pet Cocker Spaniel. We use positive reinforcement methods to encourage good behaviour.

Let me know if your dog likes to go running with you as I am a keen runner and they can join me for a run if that's a normal thing for them to do.
A typical day
We're up early every day getting ready for the school run. Dogs get a morning walk either on the nearby field or a 30+ min lead walk on the school run. I also do another walk depending on the weather in the early afternoon. At the weekend the routine is similar but in the afternoon we'll do a walk to a local park or along the canal. In the evening we cuddle up with our pets on the sofa to relax.

Pet care experience
I am an experienced pet-sitter for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and tropical fish. I have cared for pets of all ages including those with health conditions. We have a working cocker spaniel who is excellent with other dogs, a siamese cat and we have previously owned rex rabbits and tropical fish.

Francis is a very friendly person and a fantastic dog sitter! Our cockaliar Leo loved staying with him and his lovely family. We were kept updated often and daily on Leo's activities and all the fun he was having with the family dog Bonnie. Leo was well fed and had plenty of walks, meeting new dogs which helped boost his confidence. I highly recommend Francis and I will most definitely use his service again.
