Francis really helped me out at the last minute after someone else on here let me down. My dog, Creed, was instantly welcomed by Francis and his housemates. After a good sniff round Creed seemed to like the place. Francis is experienced with looking after energetic dogs, which gave me comfort, as this was my first time leaving my dog with a sitter. Francis kept me updated with photos and videos on the two nights Creed stayed with him. When I went to pick Creed up again he appeared happy and well looked after and calm in Francis’ company. Very grateful for Francis helping me out last minute and would definitely use him again.. Would fully recommend Francis to anyone else looking a dog sitter.

I was desperately searching for someone to look after our beloved dog of 10 years, Willow, and I can honestly say there couldn’t have been a more perfect fit than Francis. From our very first interaction, he was friendly, approachable, professional, punctual, and incredibly reassuring. Entrusting someone with your dog, especially one with very specific needs, is never easy, but Francis immediately put our minds at ease. I explained in detail that Willow is a very anxious dog who has never been left alone with anyone other than us. Naturally, we were extremely worried about how she would cope. Francis listened carefully to everything we said, took all of Willow’s needs on board without hesitation, and handled the situation with complete understanding and confidence. He never once made us feel like our concerns were too much, quite the opposite. He embraced the challenge and absolutely delivered. What truly amazed me was how comfortable Willow became with him. I personally had never seen her so relaxed and at ease with anyone else before. Francis was instantly welcomed by her, which speaks volumes about his calm, caring nature and natural way with dogs. Throughout the entire time, Francis went above and beyond to keep us reassured. He sent pictures and videos multiple times a day, without us even needing to ask, just so we could see how Willow was doing and feel connected while we were away. That level of thoughtfulness meant the world to us and made such a difference. Francis is patient, kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the dogs he looks after. He didn’t just “watch” Willow, he truly cared for her. He ticked every single box we were hoping for and so many more we didn’t even realise we needed. I would highly, highly recommend Francis to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and exceptional dogsitter to care for their loved one. We are beyond grateful to have found him and will absolutely be asking for his services again in the future. Thank you, Francis, for taking such wonderful care of our Willow!

Francis was absolutely fantastic. Firstly, he visited in my home a week prior to the sitting to see Mase and spend time with him before the official booking. I took Mase to Francis‘s home and immediately he felt welcome; He seemed to like the place instantly and I could see he was going to have a really good time. What made it special was Francis kept me updated throughout the day with videos of Mase having fun sleeping and when I came to collect him this morning. He looked well taken care of. I didn’t think he wanted to actually leave. He really enjoyed his time with Francis and I would definitely book Francis again for future bookings.
