Hi, I’m Francesca! I’m a recently graduated vet providing pet care in the Crosby area. I am happiest when spending time with animals, and I would love to provide pet care services for your dog/cat! I have been looking after pets for 3 years alongside my studies, and I have absolutely loved getting to know the personality of each and every dog I have cared for. As a pet owner myself, I understand that it can be daunting leaving your pet with someone else, which is why I aim to make the process as stress free as possible: I provide a (free) initial meet and greet, as well as regular updates with pictures as often as you would like! I have experience caring for my own dog, Daisy, a Springer Spaniel cross, who has plenty of energy and needs lots of stimulation. She has recently lost her vision entirely, and so I welcome any dogs with visual impairments as I feel confident in being able to manage this. I have experience with energetic dogs who require lots of play and interaction, as well as more laid back dogs who may require a slower pace. Just let me know what your dog needs and I will adapt my services to suit them. My goal is always to prioritise the individual needs of your pet to keep them happy and safe! I also have experience in owning cats, and I have previously been a volunteer at Freshfields Animal rescue (back at home in Liverpool) in the cattery, so I am used to following different dietary requirements and also administering medicine in food. I will follow any instructions given by the owner, such as keeping dogs on leads at all times, or keeping them out of certain rooms in the house. Can also do small household tasks when house sitting if required, such as watering plants, taking in mail etc.
Ratings and reviews
Francesca was brilliant looking after our two dogs during a weekend away. She even took on responsibility of our tortoise, who needs quite specific care. Francesca has such a lovely, calming nature and the dogs took to her immediately. She was great at keeping to their routine, and took them on some lovely walks. She provided detailed updates each day, which helped us to feel at ease. When we arrived home, the house was absolutely spotless and everything had been taken care of. Couldn't recommend her enough 🙂
Francesca was great, very friendly, and picked Nova up on time. I was sent pics updates from the walk, and Nova had a great time. Will highly recommend.
Couldn't have asked for a better person to look after my fur baby. Francesca is a lovely, genuine and a kind person and you can see the passion she has for animals. Lovely friendly and alli took to her right away
Milly had another wonderful walk with Francesca who always gives absolutely perfect service. She is kind, friendly and kept us up to date with adorable pictures and updates. We will continue to use Francesca and highly recommend her services!
We love having Francesca look after our little one. She is honestly so good with him and we trust her completely. She is just the best!
