This is the second time Francesca has looked after Denis. She is wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Francesca is everything you want as a pet owner: reliable, communicative prior and during the sitting (loads of pupdates and photos ;)); kind; knows how to look after dogs; and oh so careful of your home. Amazing! We're happy, Denis is happy, couldn't ask for more.
It is our first time using Rover. We turned to Rover as our dog is older and has arthritis and can’t be comfortable in a kennel anymore. Francesca was fantastic putting our minds at ease! She did a meet and greet to answer all our questions and meet Benny, she kept us updated with pictures so we could see how he was doing, and Benny was so at ease with Francesca! We have already booked again as it was a great experience for Benny to have Francesca look after him. Very much recommend Francesca’s services!
Francesca was available at short notice and my two dogs took to her immediately! They were well looked after and Francesca kept in touch with updates and photos. I would definitely use her again :-)
Francesca was so great with us , this is the first time we have had a dog sitter . Francesca was helpful and practical with staying in our house while we went away . Francesca sent regular updates of Bear . Francesca was friendly polite and down to earth . I would highly recommend her . We will definitely be using Francesca again .
So pleased to have Francesca looking after the pets and our home whilst we were away . She understood our requirements and the pets certainly seemed to have taken to her! We received photos and updates, which were also nice to have. We came back knowing the house and animals had been in good hands.
Francesca was fantastic from start to finish. She arranged a meet and greet, and we could see straight away that Ernesto was going to enjoy her company. She really took the time to get to know him and his routine, and sent updates throughout the day of what was clearly a very happy dog. Many thanks, Francesca!
