We come to your home to care for your dog, cat and any small animals you may have. We offer drop-ins, walks and overnight stays in your home. We love and care for your pets and home like our own! We are happy to administer medications, & do additional little things such as bring outside trash cans to their place, bring mail/packages inside and/or water plants if needed. We each have past extensive public service & safety experience and are happy to bring those skills into the present and to every job we do! As of May 2025, Fran is also certified in pet CPR & first aid.

Feeding and potty location & schedule is great information for us to have. Please also let us know if there are any specific behaviors or special needs (i.e. medications, time between potty breaks, etc.) we should be aware of. Please note that we only care for non-aggressive dogs.

We make sure your beloved pets are fed, hydrated and have opportunity to relieve themselves in an appropriate and clean environment. We love to play with your pup or kitty by using any toys they have and sometimes one or two we bring along. For walks, we take your family pup(s) out to explore their neighborhood & get as much sniffing in as they can. We're also awesome cuddlers who don't hesitate to get down to your pet(s)' level and show whatever level of affection they are comfortable with. We follow your pet(s)' lead in providing the best possible care & attention for them!

Wag, you're it! We are long-time close friends, Fran H. (Reading, MA) & Julia L. (Stoneham, MA) who have been lovingly caring for our own furry companions for over 50 years combined! We have also been professional pet sitters since March of 2023. Together we join forces in order to provide the best care & availability possible for your own fur-babies. To ensure the utmost safety for our clients' pets and homes, we also carry additional liability & property insurance through Pet Sitters Associates - a nice added layer of protection for your peace of mind. Our service area includes Burlington, Lynnfield, Melrose, N. Reading, Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield, Wilmington, Winchester, & Woburn, MA. We truly love what we do and we look forward to being a part of your pet care team!

Booked last-minute twice now with great experiences both times. They handled everything including oral and other medications and were strong communicators of timing and expectations. Will be booking again
Fran watched our cat on late notice and was great to work with! She took good care of him and he was in good spirits when we got home.
This is the first time we’ve had someone we don’t know watch our dog, as the booking was pretty last minute. They took such great care of him, and the updates were very reassuring. We love the pictures as well. I’d absolutely book them again to watch our pup in the future. Thank you!
