Frances is incredible! She was very flexible and so sweet with our dogs. One of our dogs can be reactive and new situations freak her out but she took to Frances immediately and we could tell our dogs were calm and happy without us there! She sent pictures every time she stopped by which helped us feel comfortable. Absolutely will be using her again!
Reliable, and spends quality time with my dogs when she visits.
Getting little updates from Frances about her walks with Marbles (my Chihuahua) absolutely brightened my day. Marbles was clearly treated with all the love and care, and every day when I got home from work she appeared completely content. (: I could not ask for more.
Absolutely LOVE France’s. My dogs love her. Does her best every time. Always communicates and sends so great pics.
Frances is amazing! Having her pet-sit for us was like having a very informed, professional, family member take care of our cat. She reached out before we left to familiarize herself with Elssie's schedule and sent plenty of photos to keep us updated. My husband and I felt like we could trust her fully, and we hope that she'll be available the next time we need someone to pet-sit!
She always stayed the entire length of time. When I'd check-in with our security cam, Frances was sitting with my dogs in her lap or stroking their heads, which is just what they wanted to do. Good communication.

I work split shifts and have a flexible schedule where I can come home often on days that I work to let pets out and stretch their legs.
