If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked her for 4 feedings over the course of 2 days. She was late to the first one by 15 minutes with no communication that she would be arriving late, then only stayed for 20 minutes when I paid for 30. The second feeding she completely forgot about, and I had to reach out 40 minutes past the check in time. She would not respond to my messages and ignored my call. When she finally did respond, she was over an hour late, did not follow feeding instructions, and only stayed for 7 minutes. She then cancelled the other 2 check-in's so I had to leave my trip early and drive 5.5 hours home since I can't really book another sitter on that short of notice. She did offer for her husband to do the 3rd check in but that is against guidelines and I did not want a strange man in my home. Truly awful experience.

I booked Frances last minute and she really helped me out by taking my dog out while I had to be in the office. She stopped by prior to the walks on her own time so that she could meet my dog so he would be comfortable as well. Recommend

Frances is an amazing pet caregiver !! She is absolutely wonderful as I have had her watch my dogs for many years! She is attentive, energetic and very very reliable! She takes her job and responsibilities seriously and is not only dedicated, but also efficient! I would genuinely consider her as it is the best worker me and my husband have ever had the pleasure of working with!

France's has had lots of experience working with many fury and scaled friends! She has lots of dog walking and dog sitting experiences including taking care of an elderly dog for an extended vacation for a friend of mine. She has volunteered with our local rescue centers and has helped train and help with puppy training. She has worked both large and small dogs and loves cats. I would trust her with the care of any of my animals.
