I couldn’t recommend Frances enough. She is a great communicator. She made sure she understood all the needs of my dog before I left for my trip. She contacted me when she had a question about my dog’s behavior. All of these things helped me to relax and enjoy my time away knowing my dog was in super capable hands!
Our dog Bell stayed with Frances for a whole month and had a great time! She was communicative and stayed on top of everything the whole time!
Could not have had a better experience. Lots of communication. Great picture and video updates. The dogs were very happy and the house was perfect when we returned. Third experience booking through Rover, Best so far! Already rebooked.
I had a fantastic experience booking Nasir’s stay! Frances was super responsive and kept me updated with lots of great pictures, which really put my mind at ease. Nasir clearly had an amazing time, especially with all the belly rubs he got! I could tell he was happy and well cared for.
Carol is a wonderful person to work with, she’s friendly, polite, and most importantly she cares. When she watched over my 90+pound 11 year old shepherd she treated him like her own. Was so attentive to his needs and gave him plenty of love and affection. Depending on his energy levels they frequently played, walked and took him to the bathroom whenever he asked. I wasn’t worried when I left him in her hands. 10 out of 10 would HIGHLY recommend.

Schedule
Pet care is just part of our life. My partner and I live together, and he’s a huge dog lover — he had a German Shepherd for almost 11 years, so caring for animals is second nature to both of us. We keep a calm, pet-friendly home and love having furry company around. Walks, belly rubs, playtime, meds if needed — it’s all built into our day. Whether it’s your pup’s first visit or their tenth, they’ll get plenty of attention and affection from both of us.
