When I am at someone's place, I spend a lot of my time working on my laptop on the couch or in an area I can hang out with the pet - I see it as us keeping each other company! I also enjoy breaks from my work, so taking a pet out frequently to use the bathroom or walk is a great distraction for me

A typical day
There is a dog park walking distance to my apartment that I have taken dogs who enjoy other dogs to play at! I also love going on long walks daily, so when I’m watching a dog I take them along :) if I have an active dog this can be 2-4 times per day depending on the weather.

Pet care experience
My father is a small animal veterinarian so I grew up around cats and dogs all my life! I am looking for animals to help take care of and bring little pieces of joy to my daily routine. I have pet sat for a different friends and family members, and miss it greatly so I have decided to set up a Rover account! I’m currently in grad school, so I do a lot of work from home and have a flexible schedule. I can watch in home or stay at others place.
