Fran was absolutely wonderful with my fur baby! From the moment we met, I could tell she genuinely loves animals, and she made him feel so safe and comfortable. As a dog mom, that’s everything. Her communication was exceptional. She kept me updated throughout his stay with thoughtful messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind. I never once had to wonder how he was doing because she was always one step ahead. When I picked Langston up, it was obvious he had been well cared for, loved, and treated like family. He was happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoyed his time with her. Finding someone you trust with your fur baby isn’t easy, and I’m so grateful I found Fran.
