Lifelong pet lover. I have experience taking care of cats and dogs that need some TLC (medication, wounds cleaned, help getting up and down stairs or just need some extra love ). I have experience taking care of young and senior pets. I like to send daily updates to the pet owner. When I pet sit I treat the pets like family making sure they are happy and not stressed. If the pet is used to a specific routine, I make sure to follow it. If I can fit in some extra walks I try to. I love to cuddle on the sofa or in bed with cats or dogs.

Fleur was amazing with our two cats, Gypsy and Mercury! She took great care of them and made sure they were happy and comfortable. Gypsy, who is usually shy, seemed really at ease with her, and Mercury had a blast playing with her. We came home to two very happy and relaxed cats. Fleur was great! She has great communication about the dogs and what is going on at your house while you are away. I trusted her right off the bat when I met her for our meet and greet. Keke went straight to her and started licking her face when Fleur first met her. The house was clean and tidy when we got back as well. I will definitely be rebooking Fleur!
I have known Fleur for almost 25 years now, and she has watched all of my dogs with great care, from small dogs to large Labradors. She is very patient and will really focus on your pets. She is extremely responsable and kind. She took care of my cocker spaniel when I was in the hospital with appendicitis and it gave me great piece of mind.
Fleur has been pet sitting my cats for years. She is phenomenal with them. She gives them lots of attention and communicates with me about questions or issues. She has even been here when they were sick and handled taking them to the vet and giving medication. My cats love her and I am very much at ease when I leave them in her care.

When I stay at a client 's home i make sure when they return that their pet(s) are happy and safe and their home (is clean). If requested i make sure the mail and trash/recycling are also taken care of.

Let me know if your pet has special needs. I need to meet the pet in their home before agreeing to pet sit. The dog needs to be trained to walk on a leash.
A typical day
I love to go for walks with dogs (or cats if they are trained to be on a leash) around the neighborhood, or in their favorite park, or just playing fetch outside in the yard. When the weather is bad (cold, icy winter days) i like just hanging out with the pet inside and keep them occupied. If the pet likes to snuggle i will give them lots of snuggles. When there is more than 1 dog I try to give each of them one 1:1 walk each day. The other walks are two at a time.

Availability
I work full time but my schedule is flexible enough for me to stay overnight and be away for no more than 6 hours at a time, most days no more than 4 hours a day. On weekends i like to stay with the pets and give them all my attention. If the owner's return is delayed, i make sure that the pet(s) care is not affected.
