Firenze is amazing with dogs; this is the second time she’s taking care of our dog - and our little baby is being “spoiled” and having the time of her life with Firenze ❤️ sending us photos and updates every day ❤️ she’s now become our go-to-dog sitter for the future, means everything not having to leave a dog with strangers but to be in a familiar environment when you have to be away for a few days and bringing them isn’t an option ❤️

do not book with this sitter. i booked for a one night stay for thanksgiving because she said she did not celebrate, would not have guests over & did not have a dog in the house. perfect! what a calm environment for my rescue dog. i planned with her to drop off between 8:30-9. when i arrived at 8:45, she was out getting a turkey. i thought she didn’t celebrate thanksgiving? red flag #1. though she agreed on this drop off time the night prior, she informed me that her neighbor would be taking my dog for the couple of hours she had to wait at the store. this isn’t allowed in Rover’s policy - if someone is not contracted with Rover, they are not allowed to watch the dog. red flag #2. her neighbor had a massive dog. because of my dog’s trauma pre-adoption, she’s very scared of big dogs. the neighbor complained about having to put her dog in a separate room while she watched my dog. red flag #3. despite my better judgement and the bad vibes from the entire situation, i trusted that a 24 hour stay would be fine because the actual sitter would be there soon. i got 45 minutes down the road, heading towards my destination for thanksgiving, when the actual sitter had me call her on behalf of her incompetent neighbor. she complained that my dog was anxious and “acting really weird.” like i said before, my dog is a rescue and she takes a bit of time to warm up to new people. it helps when the person is good with dogs, of course - which obviously wasn’t the case here. i told the sitter to just give it some time, but she said she would be at the store for at least another hour… she said she thought “it would be best” to turn around and remove my dog from her neighbor’s home. i did so immediately. the sitter never saw my dog. the whole situation was ridiculous and unbelievable. i got a full refund from Rover. this sitter shouldn’t even be on the app. do not book with her.

Highly recommend Firenze ! she is our go-to dog sitter, she genuinly cares about the animals in her care and we know our dog is together with a living heart every time <3

She took very good care of are dog and recommend her for your area ! We could tell are little one enjoyed her stay ! She was very informative on there daily activities and sent us pictures. We will be using her services when needed again ! ?
