Growing up in a household that always had multiple cats and dogs running around made me learn quickly the ins and outs of caring for animals. I helped my family from a young age and also gained valuable experience pet sitting both dogs and cats during graduate school. Pets need attention, exercise and a consistent routine to feel happy and comfortable and I know how to provide this to them!

I care for my family's dog, Badger, by giving him a lot of exercise/walks, plenty of frequent opportunities to relieve himself in the back yard, lots of pets and keeping his feeding routine consistent. I care for my family's cat, Kenickie, by giving him some cuddles/sleeping time on my lap every day, keeping an eye on him when he is in the house in case he needs to go outside, and watching his food portions, as he is a chubby little dude. I also regularly check him for any scratches or bite marks. Sometimes he can get in tussles with other cats outside. For your cats and dogs I would match this level of care, so they feel safe and at home.

Fiona is a great dog sitter! She watched my dog Banjo multiple times and made sure that he had an exciting day. She sent picture updates each time and once even took him to his favorite place, the beach, after which he was very exhausted. I wish we still lived in the same area so that she could watch him again!
I have known Fiona (Fi) for almost five years now - she is full of energy and joy especially with a fur baby around. When Fi and I were roommates, I have seen her take care of two of friends' our pets, Kazee an affectionate grey ragamuffin and Banjo a big goofy boy golden doodle. Growing up with two cats and two dogs, Fi has a natural warmth taking care of pets as her own and Kazee and Banjo were no exception. Aside from routine feeding and walks, she also went out of her way taking Banjo to the beach and to the park. Kazee and Banjo were always calm and excited to play with Fi - I'm sure your pets will too!
Fiona grew up in a household with both dog and cat pets. She is loving and familiar with both and fully capable of walking, feeding and caring for these animals. She has a warm heart and really enjoys interacting with animals.

Schedule
I am a performer, choreographer and barista, so my schedule is not a normal 9-5. That leaves plenty of time for me to check on the pets, take them for some longer walks in the middle of the day and cover house/dog sitting on Weekends when needed. I am happy to stay at my home or yours, whatever is best for you and your pet!
