I'm currently a graduate student at UIC, working on research in the areas of Chemical Biology and Synthetic Chemistry. During the week, I am usually on campus during the day in classes, meetings, lab, etc., but I am available to provide excellent service any day of the week. I would be able to perform morning, evening, and overnight services.

Please let me know as much as possible about your pet's temperament, such as how they behave around strangers and whether they are reactive. It would also be beneficial to know about any food or treat preferences, allergies, or other dietary restrictions. If your pet has a favorite toy or a favorite spot to go to, that would be good to know. Please also let me know the expected activity of your animal, whether they are more high-energy, low-energy, etc.
A typical day
A typical day with me and your pet can come in many forms. I love to play, so we can go play with your pet's toys and try to stimulate your pet both mentally and physically. I love a good walk through the park! Also, if your pet is more of the cuddly type, we can calm down, put on relaxing music or a show and have your pet relax when needed.

Pet care experience
I've owned pets (both cats and dogs) since I was very young, including pets that required special care and medicine. We've owned multiple senior pets, having cared for them from puppy/kitten age through their senior years. Other than pets we have adopted at an older age, I have helped care for our pets throughout their entire life, starting from a couple of months of age. I would be able to help with pets that require medication or special care routines, as well as adjust to their activity levels. I also have experience as an assistant at a veterinary office, so I am comfortable working with animals in general, including larger breeds of dogs. I also have experience with pet sitting/house sitting for my friends and family on multiple occasions!

Fiona was exceptional with Hudson. She also was great at providing updates and photos, both of which are much appreciated especially while traveling. Would definitely recommend her and book her again.
We had a wonderful experience with Fiona - she stayed overnight for 5 days watching our two kitties, and we could tell how loved they felt on our return home. She was also great at sending pictures, communicating, and asking questions to make sure she took good care of the kitties. She left the apartment very clean and organized for when we returned as well!

Fiona was a great sitter. She was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the stay, including lots of cute pics. My cat liked her and I would rebook in the future
