It is important for me to know what your pet's regular schedule is, as well as any behavioral issues or patterns that they may have! If I will be staying for a while or overnight it is also important for me to know if they are taking any medications or if they have any dietary needs. Animal behaviour differs greatly on the presence of their owner and how they handle separation from their people, so knowing their base level allows me to make sure they are getting the best care possible for each personality and temperament. No two animals are the same and they shouldn't be treated as such! I am also able to handle intact dogs, aggressive dogs, and fearful or anxious no matter their age. I am confident in my ability to handle dogs with a bite record or severe flight risks as well. Please feel free to reach out with any concerns, I can provide references on my abilities as needed!

I am more than happy to dedicate as much time as possible to ensure that your animals are getting the exercise and engagement that they need. I can throw toys, physical rough-housing or training, or engage them through interactive puzzle games! I prefer to avoid dog parks or busy areas for your dogs safety as those areas can be dangerous due to other dogs or easily spread illnesses, however I am more than happy to take them to pre-approved play dates or onto hiking trails if they require more intense exercise! I exercise great caution when taking dogs on walks but I'm happy to take them out as long as they need too.
