Ex Cat Mom of 16 yrs, Love dogs too
Hi! Welcome! I have been a cat mom for 16 yrs, but sadly my beloved cat, Mittens passed away in May 2025. I miss him dearly! And I deeply miss having a fur baby in my life! But since I’m not ready to get a new pet, I would like to give my love, attention and experience into taking care of other people’s pets! I am extremely experienced with taking care of cats and I have taken care of family and friend’s dogs before, and now several times professionally on Rover, that it’s made me fall in love with dogs just as as cats! I absolutely love and enjoy taking care of both dogs and cats! And they both have their own wonderful and amazing charms! 😁

Fiona was great! She had great communication and dealt with a lot of flexibility on my side. We needed a last minute dog sitting after just moving and she was beyond accommodating. My boy is usually pretty shy with new people, but took to Fiona like a fly with honey! I was shocked as I have never seen him settle into someone so quickly. She went above and beyond by sending us loads of photos and videos of them hanging out all day during the doggy day care. Will happily book Fiona again in the future!
Fiona was great! Super patient with my timid kitty. She took wonderful care of her and helped her come out of her shell over the duration of the stay. Her place is a calm and welcoming environment, highly recommended booking with her for any and all pets but especially if you have a more anxious baby she presents a great space for them to feel safe
Fiona’s the best. Our cat stayed at her place and it was such a calm and inviting place.
Fiona was great with our 13 year old cat who’s very cautious with strangers. She has calm and affectionate demeanor which any animal/human would love to be around.
Fiona took such great care of my anxious little Pomeranian. He was a happy little man. She sent great pictures every day. I couldn't ask for more.

Schedule
I work from home so I am always at home, so it makes it easy to take care of pets and give them all the attention and potty breaks that they need. I am available for boarding or pet daycare at anytime, so please feel free to contact me whenever you would like.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a one bedroom apartment that is 1000-1500 sqft and I don’t have a backyard or personal balcony, but live in a very safe residential neighborhood, so walking dogs outside at anytime of the day is completely safe and fine. My living room is a reasonable size (1000 sqft), which is why I only board small to medium sized dogs; however, I work from home, so I’m always able to take the dogs out to get some much needed air, sun and exercise daily, so they don’t get too cooped up or bored indoors. I also always make it a priority to turn the AC and fans on at my place, so they can stay cool and comfortable at all times. Furthermore, I have used the Rover App before to have my own late cat boarded with a pet sitter on here, so I fully understand the comfort and the need for owners to have pet sitters send photos, videos and daily updates of their pets to them, therefore, I always make that a priority and I am more than happy to do that! I firmly believe and take it very seriously that a pet sitter should always respond immediately and be absolutely communicative at all times!
A typical day
I work from home and my schedule is flexible, so I can play with cats and take out dogs for walks whenever they like. I can take them to the park or take them out with me when I need to do chores or hang out with friends. I can take them along with me whenever I go to the park or on my regular hikes, but of course! Only if you’re comfortable with them doing that.
