To say that I love dogs would be a serious understatement. There is nothing I love more than doing whatever is necessary to make sure my pup Jax is happy, there are few things that are as rewarding as playing his favorite game (tug of war for Jax) with his favorite toy and seeing his eyes light up with joy. I aim to light up your pups world in the same way as much as possible while under my care.

Let me know if there are any toys, treats, or activities your pup does or doesn’t enjoy. Also helpful to know if they have any fears ( for example, my in laws dog is terrified of any aerosol sprays as well as towels for some reason) anything that will help make sure that our time together is as comfortable as possible. Being away from family is the most difficult time for dogs and I want to make sure to do everything in my power to ensure that they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
A typical day
I love taking walks, going to the park, playing at home in the yard or if it is too hot then in the house. I enjoy the process of getting to know your furry friend and tending to their every need to make sure they are happy. If there are any specific activities they love please let me know and I will make sure they get to do their favorite thing every day or even more often if possible.

I have had at least one dog since I can remember. Growing up on a farm I have enormous respect for the well being of animals particularly dogs. Taking care of and playing with dogs has always been something I do on a daily basis. My 4 year old Jax is my best friend and has the same compassion I have for all living things. I can guarantee that your dog will have a good friend during their stay. I stay at home most of every day and take Jax in the car when i do leave the house, it is up to you if your loved one comes with or stays in the luxurious back yard on the rare occasion I would have to leave the house for some reason. I am walking distance to hiking trails and off leash dog park which I visit regularly and of course your dog would get to tag along with us as well with permission from the parents of course. Finn is officially our favorite Pet/House sitter! You can tell that he loves dogs and was great with Sydney. She’s an energetic Aussie and he took her to the park to play frisbee and walks through the neighborhood. I appreciate the video updates-good to see her so engaged We highly recommend Finn and will be using him when we need to leave Sydney at home.
Finn provided great day care for Guinness while he was recovering from being neutered. Because Finn has a dog of his own, and Guinness needed to stay somewhat contained while he heals, Finn stayed at my home with Guinness. During that time, it did nothing but rain...hard. That didn't deter Finn from taking Guinness on several walks throughout the day. You can tell Finn truly loves animals and is very comfortable with them. He was kind and compassionate when Guinness was acting up and acting out, while trying to expel some of his puppy energy. I would absolutely leave him in Finn's care again.
I initially booked Finn to house and pup sit while I would be away for a long weekend. We confirmed the booking 2 weeks in advance so I was feeling pretty good that everything was set and I wouldn't have to worry about what I needed to do for my pup. We set up a meet and greet for the day before I would be leaving. Day of the meet and greet Finn no showed. I tried contacting him, multiple times, with no response or even an answer if he was going to be able to uphold the reservation. I was now stuck figuring out a sitter with less than 24 hrs before I would be leaving for 4 days. I would not recommend Finn to anyone for the lack of professional and courtesy that comes with this job.
Finn was a recent referral for our family, so we gave him a try based on the stellar reviews and close proximity. His home is great for pets and he is very responsive.
