I was born and grew up in Southampton but just relocated to the Charlotte area. I am happy to care for dogs, cats and households with both. I've dog sat for relatives and friends for over 2 decades, it is my passion to care for animals and make sure they are comofrtable. I am happy to take care of pets, they deserve care and safety more than anything. My schedule is flexible as I work from home most days. I’ve worked with puppies, older dogs with medical conditions, pups with disabilities etc. on multiple occasions and feel comfortable watching any type of dog. I have had a dog almost my entire life, excepting while away at college, and have been the primary caregiver for my pets. I've rescued all of my dogs and am a big advocate of helping creatures in need. Any questions I’m happy to answer!

Finley was great with watching Lola- would highly recommend!
We got held up for an extra 90 minutes, plus I left my telephone at the house. Finley stayed until we got home even though there was no way of letting him know if we were returning at all. Above and beyond! Five stars.
Finley was accommodating to our schedule and so great with Daisy! Definitely will have Daisy sit with him again.
Marley and Ziggy were comfortable with Finley. We appreciated the updates and even a photo while we were away. Would definitely use Finely again.
Not only is Finley one of the most responsible people I know, he is also great with animals. I've seen him handle animals of all kinds and I know that anyone would be more then happy with the care he will provide for them.

Schedule
I am a real estate agent, so my job and my professional schedule are tailored to my personal life. If I am dogsitting, that is my priority, and I am grateful to work with clients that understand that. I am fine spending the day with them, and no dog shall be left unattended in my care.

Safety, trust & environment
I have always had dogs in the home. I am perfectly comfortable walking them, there is a large field in the front of my building and ample walking space. I am also dog CPR certified.
A typical day
I enjoy running, hiking and walking with dogs. I am flexible in that I love playing with high-energy pups but also dont mind down time based on activity needs.
