I am doing phd, often means a packed schedule. Even with a busy PhD schedule, spending time with pets is the most relaxing part of my day.

I also ask about their behavior, such as their likes, dislikes, fears, or triggers, and how they interact with other pets or people. Understanding their energy level and favorite activities helps me provide personalized care and make them feel comfortable and happy. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can ensure their safety, well-being, and joy!
