I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the care she provided for my dog, Boba. This was my first time leaving Boba with someone else, so I was naturally a little nervous and worried because he is such an important part of my family. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to get to know Boba, listen to his routine, and make sure he felt comfortable and safe. Boba is a 4-year-old Bernedoodle who is very friendly, gentle, and well-trained. However, being in a new environment for the first time can sometimes be stressful for him. During his stay, Boba had a couple of unexpected accidents, including having an accident inside and experiencing some stomach issues. I felt so sorry and worried, but she handled everything with such patience, understanding, and kindness. She never made me feel guilty or stressed; instead, she calmly took care of Boba, kept me updated, and reassured me that everything was okay. Her professionalism and compassion truly meant a lot to me. What touched me the most was how she treated Boba with genuine love and care. She did not just look after him as a responsibility; she treated him like a part of her own family. She paid attention to his needs, respected his routine, and made sure he felt comfortable throughout his stay. Her communication was amazing, and every update she gave me helped me feel more relaxed while I was away. Because this was my first time leaving Boba with someone, I was worried about how he would adjust. But she made the entire experience so much easier and gave me complete peace of mind. I could tell that Boba was comfortable and happy with her, and that means everything to me. I am truly grateful for her kindness, patience, responsibility, and the love she showed toward Boba. Finding someone you can trust with your furry family member is not easy, and I feel very lucky that we found her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate pet sitter. Thank you so much dear Fereshteh for accepting our last minute request and taking such good care of Kobe today. My little boy had a blast today playing with other dogs, going for multiple walks and coming home in such a great spirit! I highly recommend anyone using your service and will definitely come back. We needed our dog watched for a day that would have otherwise been quite stressful for him and Fereshteh was the perfect choice! She was absolutely lovely. Our dog took to her immediately and we felt very secure in his care and attention with numerous updates and photos throughout the day. I wouldn't hesitate booking with her again and would comfortably leave him for an extended period. Thank you Fereshteh for looking after him so well when we needed it!
We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter, especially on New Year’s Eve. Fereshteh, took a very good care of my two dogs, kept them calm and comfortable. She kept me updated with photos and videos. It was obvious they were well looked after and genuinely cared for. We came home to two happy, relaxed dogs, which says everything. Reliable, thoughtful, and trustworthy — we would not hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent care.
Fereshteh is the absolute perfect fit for our super-duper-hyper energy doodle who loves walks and meeting new humans and playing in the dog parks (but needs supervision!). She was so responsive with updates and sent photos throughout the day with our boarding. We are returning to her very soon as our pup absolutely adores her. What a trustworthy Rover walker. I would recommend Fereshteh to anyone who has a demanding Goldendoodle puppy like ours!
