Pet care experience
We walk the walk, and bark the bark
Growing up on a farm in a small town I was raised to care and love for all types of animals for all different families. I have been reliable to take care of many different animals ranging from one dog to a farm full of furry friends.
Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
Caring for pets, whether in my home or a client’s home, depends on the type of service provided. If pet sitting in my home, I ensure a safe and comfortable environment by maintaining a consistent feeding schedule, providing regular walks or playtime, and offering a cozy space for rest. I also keep up with grooming, administer any necessary medications, and ensure plenty of social interaction. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their specific routines to minimize stress for the pet. This includes feeding according to their schedule, refreshing water, walking or exercising them, cleaning up after them, and providing companionship. I also update the owners with pictures or messages to reassure them their pet is well cared for. Whether in my home or theirs, my goal is to make the pet feel comfortable, loved, and safe.
Ratings and reviews
Feliz was great with our pup and was happy to accept our pet sitting request on extremely short notice. Much appreciated!

Great experience with Feliz! She sent photos every day and understood the needs of my girl. Will definitely be booking with her again!

We would highly recommend Feliz to any of our friends and family! We have a very anxious pup who also needs some medical attention. She was absolutely amazing with him! He was so comfortable with her! We had a great experience! Especially with it being our first time leaving our pup with someone outside of our family.

Feliz was wonderful. Trustworthy, caring and reliable. I highly recommend her!
Feliz is great! Always communicates and takes great care of Millie.

Feliz was amazing! Communication was great the entire time she stayed with my dog Millie. This was Millie’s first rover and she instant made friends with Feliz. I’d rebook with Feliz in a heartbeat!

Schedule
As a student who loves to dog sit, I fit pet care into my daily routine by starting each morning with feeding, fresh water, and a long walk before school. After classes, I check in on the dog, taking them for a longer walk or play session to ensure they get enough exercise and attention. Evenings are spent cuddling or playing while I do homework, with one last potty break before bedtime. On weekends, I have more flexibility to take the dog to the park, groom them, or teach new tricks. Balancing school and pet care is rewarding, as it allows me to spend time with dogs while maintaining a structured routine.

- I would love to know the personality and the typical day that the dog has. knowing its environment is important for me to know what energy to expect and bring ! efore pet sitting, it’s essential to gather important details about the pet to provide the best care possible. I always ask about their feeding schedule, dietary restrictions, exercise routine, and any medical needs, including medications or allergies. Understanding their temperament, socialization level, and any fears (like thunderstorms or loud noises) helps me ensure they feel safe and comfortable. I also ask about their favorite toys, activities, and any behavioral concerns, such as separation anxiety or aggression toward other animals. Knowing their usual routine and house rules (like whether they’re allowed on furniture) ensures a smooth transition and a stress-free experience for both the pet and their owner.
