A true cat dad! 🐈⬛❤️
Ever since I was a kid, I am surrounded by animals. I lived for more than 27 years in a country estate, so my family had a minimum of 4 dogs and cats at a time. We treated them just like our sons! Mom and dad taught us to love them deeply, so my fondest memories are usually of me playing and running with my large Golden Retrievers and specially German Shepards that roamed free in our garden and bushes. And my beloved Siamese cat Comanche who lived with us in the house. Coincidence or not, I happened to wed an animal lover just like me. I think it's the main ingredient of our affection. Simone is a talented pet stylist who is also a talented animal whisperer. Animals feel calm before her, it's one of her greatest assets. In late 2022, we received the notification by the Canadian Government that our immigration had been approved. We then had a lot of trouble to find housing in Canada because one thing was certain: we wouldn't leave our 7 beloved cats behind. But we eventually solved that and there we went. So that's how we brought all of my rescue cats with us: 5 in the cabin, 2 in cargo; plus my mom, my aunt and my uncle in tow to help us with the move. Now all of us are happily established in London. We continue to nurture for our own cats and we're happy to help others who need specialized, loving care. After all, to care responsibly for animals is one of the many responsibilities I am trying to teach to my 2 young daughters.

Safety, trust & environment
Every tutor and every animal has their needs, so my approach is a customized service as it can be. I am very attentive to minor details, such as dietary restrictions, behavioral aspects, cleanliness. I often am extremely discreet and will do my best not to disturb any routine. I also can understand completely the feeling of separation and I take care of other pets as if they were my own, with utmost responsibility.

Felipe & his wife Simone were wonderful with our senior cat Max. We could see he was a very happy boy in the photos they sent during the drop in visits. We plan to rebook again very soon 🐱
Felipe is a very kind person who clearly loves animals! He bonded well with two of our cats, sent lots of great photo updates, and our senior cat loved cuddling with him. However, I did have some concerns about some inconsistencies in visit timings and when we returned we noticed he had filled one of the water bowls completely to the brim (which would have stopped our senior from drinking his usual way - as he kicks the edge of the bowl to see the water). We also have a very timid cat and I'm not sure his caring style was a good fit for her, as she hid and missed meals. She was very hungry when we got back home. He has a great heart and wonderful energy with social pets, but may need a gentler approach for timid cats.
Felipe was wonderful with our senior kitties. He didn't just feed them, he gave them opportunities for their favourite thing - lap time with pets. It was obvious from the wonderful photos that they were completely comfortable with him in just a few days. His love for cats shines through and I would highly recommend him for your cat sitting needs.

Schedule
I am self employed and I work from home, so I choose my own times and schedules. When it's pet time, I am diligent and responsible.
