I have spent my entire life surrounded by dogs, raising 5 of my own of all sizes in both countryside and city environments. This lifelong bond has taught me to deeply respect their space, read their body language, and understand that every dog has unique rituals for eating, sleeping, and playing. I adapt easily to their quirks and preferences. Last year, I took my dedication a step further by completing a basic dog training course with the Colombian Red Cross alongside my American Akita. Whether your dog needs high-energy engagement, patient boundaries, or just quiet affection when they ask for it, I know how to provide a safe, respectful, and loving environment tailored specifically to them.

I exclusively provide pet care at the client's home, ensuring your dog stays comfortable in their own familiar environment. My approach is centered on close supervision and continuous presence. I spend my time keeping a close eye on them, reading or studying nearby so they never feel lonely, and staying highly attentive to their body language, safety, and emotional well-to-being.

Felipe is honestly our favorite dog sitter. Faust is a Belgian Shepherd and definitely not the easiest dog to look after, but Felipe handles her so well. He understands her personality, does training with her, and sends us detailed updates every day, which we really appreciate. He is also incredibly thoughtful and will help out around the house without us even asking. Most importantly, Faust absolutely loves him, and we trust him completely with her. We’re genuinely so sad that Felipe is moving to New York because it means we can’t book him anymore. We wish we could take him with us everywhere!
I wholeheartedly recommend Felipe as a pet caregiver. He grew up with pets, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of his life. He is responsible, patient, and genuinely loves animals. He’s attentive to each pet’s needs, enjoys spending time with them, and understands the importance of consistency and positive reinforcement when caring for dogs. I would trust him completely with my own pets, knowing they would be safe, well cared for, and treated like family.
I have known Felipe for more than 10 years. He is incredibly gentle with dogs and a very careful, responsible person. If I had the chance again, I would not hesitate to let him take care of my dog.
Felipe is an outstanding caretaker of dogs. He took care of our five dogs - their individual needs and preferences for walks, toys, etc, - with dedication beyond measure for a whole week. He's selfless, attentive, and responsible. He holds a basic dog training certification with the Colombian Red Cross. It brings him genuine joy to care for dogs (a true passion of his) and so I cannot recommend him enough!!

Schedule
I am currently in Philadelphia with full-time availability until August. Once I begin my Master's program in NYC, I plan to seamlessly balance pet care with my academic schedule. This flexibility allows me to offer dedicated, reliable windows of time to focus entirely on your dog's routine, walks, and companionship.
