Felicity has helped care for my dog Mori since she was a puppy and has always been incredibly loving, patient, and attentive. She genuinely loves dogs and understands that they are family, not just pets. I especially appreciate that she respects the rules and routines I have for Mori and consistently reinforces them herself. Feli is also very organized and detail-oriented, so I can always trust her to follow instructions and keep me updated. She is accommodating, dependable, and always tries to make things as easy as possible for both the pet and the owner. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their fur baby!
