Loving, experienced pet sitter and dog walker
I walked dogs for a dog walking company based in Colchester and wivenhoe for a year while at university, now I’m back in kent and I’m looking for more wagging tails to fill my schedule. I am DBS checked, per first aid trained and have a BTEC level 2 certificate in animal care. I am happy to follow your dogs schedule exactly as they’re used to, in order to make sure your dog is as happy as can be.

Felicity was brilliant with our pets. Attentive, played ball with the dogs and kept me updated on how they were as it was very hot. Definitely will book Felicity again :)
Felicity has been amazing looking after my two dogs, she has taken care of them a few times and they love her. I was a bit scared about leaving my dog with someone else but she was really nice and kindhearted, I cannot speak highly enough of the impact she had in the pups, they came back from their walks very happy and very tired.

Schedule
I’m currently a university student at the university of Kent where I’m doing my masters degree and I’m looking to fill in the gaps in my schedule.

With every walk I of course check and top up water, top up food (when necessary), and clean up any messes made before and after each walk. I do dog walks and check ins, cat check ins, small pet check ins and fish feeding etc

A typical day
Depending on where you are situated will depend on the walk I will take the dog on, wether it will be a woodland, field, lake or a beach walk, I will ensure they have time to run off that energy, if your dog can be let off the lead I have plenty of treats and a ball thrower ready in my car to help them run off that extra energy, for dogs that are kept on the lead I like to do some training, I may let them off in an enclosed area to help work in recall, I will of course ensure there are no other dogs in the area before doing so and if this is not a possibility then I usually take them on a jog.
