My experiences and ever growing knowledge has encouraged my natural born passion of nurturing and caring for dogs and all animals When it comes to my first hand experiences, I’ve taken care of a variety of pets, many different breeds, big and small, young and old, and then some, including those with special needs ! There was an assortment of animals around while growing up which motivated my pursuit in caring for others precious furry family members I am flexible, easy going, and accommodating to all needs and requests of yours and your pets. With me, everything is able to be discussed, negotiated, and changed if and whenever felt necessary I happily take on additional duties and wishes as my job is to simplify your life leaving your days stress-free and your fur-babies days filled with love and adventure

General routine of the day by day 4. the DO's ....& .... the DO NOT's (yes, all of the good bad and the uglies) Meet & Greet Options; 1. phone call 2. video call 3. face to face *Meet & Greets are preferred, some circumstances excused, of course !*
Ratings and reviews
Unresponsive communication led to an unreliable booking experience. Despite recent positive reviews, my experience (and an older similar review I initially dismissed) suggests bookings may not be dependable. I booked Felicia weeks in advance and confirmed a 7:00am arrival one week before and again the day prior. At 1:00am on the booking day, she messaged that the booking still showed 11:00am. I saw this at 5:00am and contacted Rover support, as pet owners cannot modify bookings. Support updated the booking to 7:00am. At that point, there were two reasonable ways this could have been handled: a) Flag the issue earlier so it could be corrected in advance; or b) Update the booking and arrive at the agreed 7:00am time, with the administrative change handled afterward. She later indicated she considered 7:00am official only after receiving the system update at 6:57am, despite having confirmed the time beforehand. She then said she would arrive “sooner than later,” then became unresponsive. Messages from me and Rover support went unanswered. At 11:51am, she messaged asking whether keys could be left under the mat, attributing the delay to an app issue. By then, I had secured last-minute alternative care, and the disruption caused us to lose nearly a full day of our trip. I would not recommend booking if reliability and communication are important.
Felicia is professional, compassionate, and adored by my border collies! She spent a rainy week watching my home and pups, and I came home to an immaculate house and clean pups. Not sure how she did it, but she was excellent. I can't wait to work with her again. - Chris

Felicia did a wonderful job taking care of my puppy Leroy on such short notice. She left me some toys that he absolutely adores and kept me updated throughout the weekend. She also gave me some great advice and feedback on some things she noticed about him and how I can take care of it.
Felicia has to be one of the best walkers i have used. Topper loves her! ( he actually listens to her more than me!) I Absolutely will be using her services again!
What a blessing Felicia gave me such peace of mind while I was away for the weekend. Felicia stayed in contact sending pictures and videos throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Felicia . she took great care of my two Frenchies. Thank you !
