Felicia can care for
Availability
My schedule is designed around the needs of the dogs I care for. I focus my availability during peak mid-day hours (11 AM – 2 PM) to ensure your pup gets their exercise and potty break while you’re at work. Because I have experience with medical monitoring and medication schedules, I am very disciplined with timing—if your dog needs medicine at a specific hour, I make that the anchor of my daily routine. On weekends, I enjoy taking longer adventure walks to local spots like Memorial Park for pups who need a bit more stimulation!

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and comfort are my top priorities.I follow your dog's established routine to the letter. This includes precise feeding, fresh water, and a secure walk in familiar surroundings. If your pet requires medication, I handle administration with the same care and accuracy I used when caring for my sister's dog—ensuring they stay on track and stress-free.
Information Felicia H. would like to know about your pet
To provide the best possible care, please share the following details before our first meeting: Routine & Quirks: What does a typical day look like? Does your pet have a "scary" vacuum cleaner or a specific "dinner dance"? Health & Safety: Are there any allergies, medical conditions, or medications I should be aware of? Are they up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention? Behavioral Needs: How do they react to other dogs, cats, or strangers on walks? Do they have "resource guarding" tendencies (protective over food or toys) or separation anxiety? Commands & Training: What words do you use for "sit," "stay," or "leave it"? Keeping language consistent helps your pet feel confident with me.
A typical day
"Sniffaris": Instead of a standard walk, I take dogs on "scent walks" where they lead the way, allowing them to mentally decompress by exploring new smells. Fetch & Frisbee Sessions: For the ball-motivated pups, I’ll head to a local park for a vigorous game of fetch to burn off that extra zoomie energy. Agility Play: Using household items or park benches to do "paws up" or weave through obstacles to keep their minds sharp.

Reviews

Felicia was so caring with my pup while I was away!!.
Best dog walker in Houston, Felicia is fantastic, super friendly, professional, and my dog waits by the door for her every day. Highly recommend her services!"
My dog Athena can be a bit anxious and selective with new people, but she bonded with Felicia immediately. It’s obvious Felicia has a natural gift with animals, she is patient, calm, and kind. Since she started walking him, I’ve noticed he is much more social and excited for his daily outings. We are so grateful to have found her
I can't recommend Felicia enough! She doesn’t just walk dogs; she genuinely cares for them. She’s always patient with my pup’s endless energy and even takes the time to make sure he gets water and has his paws wiped off before leaving. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in such capable and loving hands while I’m at work. Thank you for treating cowboy like your own!"
