At our initial meet-and-greet, I immediately recognized and appreciated how Felicia approached Bullet. She was so gentle and patient, but straightforward with my boy that she absolutely won him over. He'd probably say that it was the cheese :) . . . He is usually defiant and warry of strangers, but felt safe and comfortable enough to accept a treat from her. I was at ease knowing that we had made the right match. Now I can just look forward to walk updates!
