Felecia is great! She is extremely flexible, truly listens to what your dog needs, and does what she can to enrich their lives while they are with her. She loves learning about different breeds and seeing what their inclinations are, to figure out how to best support them. I always feel good about leaving my Rito with her.

Felecia cares deeply for the animals she sees. She takes time to understand their needs and routines. High maintenance dogs or dogs that haven't been trained are not a deal breaker for her. I was very worried about bringing my dog over since he can be a handful, but Felecia was willing to take care of him. She gave me thorough feedback about his stay when I picked him up. Your dog is in good hands with her.

We chose Felicia based on her strong reviews, calm demeanor, and experience, and we were willing to pay a higher rate to ensure our two dogs could remain comfortable in their home with consistent care. We have two dogs with very different needs—one is a senior with significant medical requirements (medications and a specific diet), and the other is younger, very timid, and has separation anxiety. We provided detailed instructions outlining their routines, including separate walks twice daily for 20–30 minutes. Unfortunately, our experience did not fully align with what was discussed. On the day of our departure, we notified Felicia in early in the morning, but she did not arrive until late afternoon and there was no communication during that time, which was concerning given our dogs’ needs. During the stay, the dogs were walked together for approximately 8 minutes twice daily, rather than separately and for the longer duration we had requested. Additionally, Felicia was away from the home for extended periods each day, which was not what we had expected based on our initial conversations. While we did receive occasional photos, communication overall was limited, and we often felt uncertain about how our dogs were doing. Our younger dog, who relies heavily on routine and exercise to manage anxiety, returned home very wound up and experienced digestive issues, likely due to stress. We appreciate Felicia’s efforts and understand that every sitter has their own style, but this experience did not meet the expectations we had clearly outlined in advance. We hope this feedback is helpful for future clients with pets who require a higher level of structure, attention, and communication.

Felicia is an exceptional dog sitter. I feel confident everytime I leave that my dog and my house are in good hands. I highly recommend her.
